Protein uses clever algorithms to calculate which foods you should eat to get the right amount of proteins for the lowest price. Just tell Protein which foods you want to eat, and how much. For example, no more than 2 eggs, 300 g of chicken, 3 protein shakes etc. Protein will then recommend which foods you should eat and how much. All of this to minimise the cost of getting your precious daily proteins.

You will find a large selection of foods already existing in the Protein database. However, if you should come across something that doesnt exist, then it is easy to add it. Just scan the barcode, input the relevant data and youre done.
